Congratulations to Dr. Aly Cavalier for her appointment to the Advancing Research Careers (ARC) program through the Brown University Carney Institute for Brain Science. ARC scholars receive career development training, structured mentoring support, and $25,000 in seed funding to support independent research projects. As an ARC scholar, Aly will be using iPSC-derived neurons and astrocytes and CRISPR gene editing to explore innate immune mechanisms of astrocyte reactivity
in the context of pathogenic tau.

Recently, I was helping someone explore ways to improve their company's digital presence and we quickly realized how much work goes into managing multiple platforms. From responding to messages to creating relevant content, every detail requires attention. As part of our research, we encountered social media management US and it provided an interesting perspective on how businesses structure their communication efforts. I particularly liked the emphasis placed on maintaining a coherent message across different channels. Experiences like this have shown me that effective social media management is often a gradual process rather than something that produces instant results.
